Pritish Nandy Productions' remake of Guru Dutt's absolutely top Sahib Bibi Aur Ghulam has Vidya Balan playing Waheeda Rehman's character 

Also cast are:
- Salman Khan as Chhote Sarkar (Rehman's Character) 
- John Abraham as Bhootnath (Guru Dutt's Character) 
- Priyanka Chopra as Chhoti Bahu (Meena Kumari's character) 

I hope they swap the two heroine's roles.

i dont think Priyanka should feature in it at all, she looks pasty, bad make-up, and no where close to the soft looks of vidya balan... they should have someone equally graceful, someone like... amrita rao or dia mirza...

'Munnabhai' screened at the U.N. 
 
On Friday, 10th November, LAGE RAHO MUNNABHAI was screened at United Nations in New York at the Dag Hammarskjold auditorium. This was the first time ever that a full-length feature film in Hindi was screened at the U.N.

Shashi Tharoor, who introduced the film, warmly welcomed the film to the U.N. and appreciated its role in bringing Gandhi back into the public consciousness. In a humorous vein, he recounted how he was intrigued by the term ‘Gandhigiri’ in the Indian media and tried to figure out what it meant.

There was thunderous clapping at the high points of the film, like the pensioner shedding his clothes. The applause at the end of the screening was unending. A vibrant question and answer session followed with director Rajkumar Hirani, writer Abhijat Joshi and actor Boman Irani, who flew to the U.S. for the screening.

Are you ready for Number 3...

We just can’t enough of Munnabhai and Circuit, can we? Well, Vidhu Vinod Chopra and director of Rajkumar Hirani are very well aware of this. It was just last year that Lage Raho Munnabhai released and as we know the film has rejuvenated the Gandhigiri in us. Now, Munna and Circuit are planning to go international in their next film. The next Munnabhai film is called Munnabhai Chale Amrika. The news came out when the promo of this film was being shot at Karjat, near Mumbai on Jan 25.

It is said that director Rajkumar Hirani is still at the scripting stage of the film but they are shooting the promo following a certain concept which they have come up with. This theatrical of the next Munnabhai film will be released on February 16, along with Vinod Chopra’s Eklavya - The Royal Guard.

Since Munnabhai and Circuit are going to America, they will first have to start learning English and well, this is all what the director Rajukumar Hirani has to say about the film for now.
