i have zero knowledge when it comes to printers.i'm looking to buy a 4-in-one printer, printing, scanning, copying and faxing.i assume HP is the best here?

anyways,it should be cool to guide me where to start from here

http://www.shopping.hp.com/webapp/shopping/store_access.do?template_type=landing&landing=printers

it's just for using it at home for general use but i want the best.i'm just not sure where to go from there..Deskjet and Designjet are out because they don't have a fax.

"There's this whole school of thought that movies are always so great when you're 10 or 12 years old, and the reality of it is, when you're 10 or 12 years old, you've only seen 100 stories. By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting." David Fincher

HP is good. But they'll rip you off with the cost of the consumables, i.e. cartridges.
