TEJA mein hoon, Mark idhar hai !!

« on: August 11, 2009, 04:31:PM »

So we have Gekko back and this time he has good company with him in the form of veteran Frank Langella and the go to kid Shia Labeouf.

Will Stone screw this one up?

No, Shia Labeouf will, because, frankly, I've had too much of his mug in everything "big".

Gekko doesn't even look half as menacing as he was in the original.

Looks more like Wall Street 2: The Pension Fund.

Shia looks like Gekko's sex slave.

After they dump stocks, they have hot anal sex.

Why are you so angry about a project that it is not even out and you are even rating it? The truth is, I didn't care much for the original and I sure am not caring about this one too. Come to think of it, I never really cared for any Oliver Stone film, I saw Wall Street long ago I liked it didn't love it, I found Born Natural Killers boring, and I need to see Born in the 4th of July and Platoon. May be that is ignorance of me, but that is the way it is. You can decide to skip this sequal so you won't lose any sleep on it my friend.

yes it's ignorance by you.it's OK you can join the club with Madali who judged Oliver Stone career without watching his classics like Wall Street.

Did you even read what I wrote? The ignorance I was talking about is about Oliver Stone's filmography as a whole. I said that  I have seen Wall Street before and I liked it but didn't go all nuts about it. And when it comes to criticizing people for judging without seeing a film, you are not really the one talk, it is like the kettle calling the pot black.

I asked for a bit more, and the following came in an hour ago: "It's an entertaining movie with Shia a better match for Douglas than Sheen,...."
