Well guys, from time to time, I'll impose my taste in music on you by a selection of a song or two. these would be song I listened to recently and I have no loyalty for a specific music genre, so don't worry they won't be all pop candies, at least not all the time ;P.
I will kick it off with the song "Everybody's Changing" for the British band Keane. Some dismiss them as Coldplay wannabe or lite, but to hell with them, I love the song very much. The lyrics are catchy, not profound but nice, and the melody is really great:

I believe there are some Keane fans on this board, but they are another radio-friendly band. Me, I don't like Coldplay, those post-glory U2 wannabes, those hacks. Though I will admit that
Parachutes
is their first and only good album.

Well AK, you can say that tacky radio-friendly is my thing. You just name it: Coldplay. Nickelback, Keane, etc. Not to mention the cliché's like 90's boy bands and girl bands. I am truly versatile, lol

This time on ayaa's shuffle I am going Bollywood.
I have a soft spot for "Jaan-e-Mann" the Salman, Preity, Akshay love triangle. It was silly, tacky, funny, sad, and magical. It combined Preity's hotness, with Akshay's humor, and crazy makeup and wardrobe. Plus it had Salman kicking butts while in drag, and if that is not enough, I don't know what is. The songs are just amazing, and sadly this movie flopped because it came out against an ultimately inferior movie "Don".
Anyway, I will pay tribute to this film and I choose the song Ajnabi:

Anu Malik, Gulzar Saheb, Sonu Nigam
- that's dream team. This song, and the repeat of the combination in "Sau Dard", spells fantastic.

You know I love Sau Dard as much as Ajnabi, but I had to pick one. I also love all the othe songs.
That film was great, just great. Too bad it came and went unnoticed.

This time on the shufle you will hate me!
This song is a music worm. You know a music worm right? It is a song that stick in your head for days and days and you can hardly get it out. It is the Scissors Sisters and "I don't Feel Like Dancing", which is a paradox statement, cause all what they do in the song is dancing. Not only that, give yourself to the beat while listening and YOU WILL dance somehow. If not entirely your head, leg, or even fingers will.

So this time on the Shuffle I chose two great rock songs.
I will start with Linkin Park and their breakthrough song "In The End". I love everythng about it! The lyrics, the vocals, the rap. I even love its cheesy video. I have enjoyed almost every song for this band, but I will always consider "In The End" my favorite, it just speaks to me
I tried so hard
And got so far
But in the end
It doesn't even matter
I had to fall
To lose it all
But in the end
It doesn't even matter

And I will close with the awesome "Bolevard of Broken Dreams" for Green Day. 'nough said!!

i'm sure this will be interpreted as Animatedude is looking for attention again but whatever.
before Linkin Park broke into mainstream, they had this old shitty first "Crawling" video on MTV,i think.their first album opened at number 200 or something on the billboard,no one knew about them much.but i bought their CD out of curiosity,i played it to my friends and they all went crazy,i remember buying the CD like 3 times because every time i do someone steals it from me.we all agreed "In The End" was one of the best on that album if not the best..i loved loved Linkin Park back then.
...then they made a video for "In The End",became so popular which makes you hate them unconsciously.i don't mind them now but they keep getting worse and worse.
