There was an advert in this weeks movie mag that claimed you could watch HP6 on 3D. I'll see if I can dig more info.

It is already playing on IMAX. Some scenes are in 3D ala Superman Returns.

I saw Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince in I-Max. The opening 13 minutes were in 3D, and it is the only part that is stunning and calls for an I-Max, other than that a conventional screen would work just fine.

There were no climactic battles and I guess the critique that it is merely a filler film is somehow fair. However, for someone who's invested in the main characters and their growth, I found it very fulfilling film. It prepares you along with Harry and the rest of the gang for the final battle. Director Yates who comes from a BBC background knows well how to build up the drama. I thought it was a very good film and I give it 3.5/5

By the time you get to be 25, you've seen 3,000. You've seen every permutation of every dramatic arc. And when somebody takes that and stands it on its head, that can be exciting." David Fincher
