It's actually a prequel. The events of Angels & Demons take place before Da Vinci Code.

Same crew, same lead actor, same author and same screenwriter. Why am I not even remotely interested?

Yes. And he's looking old.

Teaser's not much. To echo Odd, nothing to get excited about in this movie - except maybe that it was a better book than the other one.

The CGI of The Vatican looks like ass. I would actually love to go there one day -- should be a cool place, you know.

The Vatican is beautiful, takes your breath away. The inside is magnigicent, so well preserved... I am excited about this movie, as a Dan Brown Fan I liked Da Vinci Code too, when is this one out... have been following its progress for a while now... re-read the book recently...

Tom Hanks and Ron Howard hope that Angels and Demons will be a successful film, despite their inability to shoot anywhere near the Vatican or other Catholic churches.

The Da Vinci Code will be a hard act to follow - the movie has made $757,236,138 at the international box-office. Angels & Demons marks the fourth time Hanks and Howard have teamed up for a big screen project.

Thanks for posting the superbowl trailer... its packed with thrills and chills... and will possibly be more 'on the edge of your seat' than da vinci code... you give a cinema audience some weapon of mass destruction and they go crazy!
